Safeguarding vulnerable children is our top priority. To ensure we achieve this, we’re investing an extra £1m in increasing the number of front line social workers, reducing caseloads and improving the outcomes for our vulnerable children and families.

In this campaign phase we are looking for specialists to fill a number of key Management roles; we are also very keen to talk to highly experienced Social Workers to aid us in our commitment to supporting front line staff in improving our safeguarding practice for children. At Ealing we pride ourselves in constantly looking for new ways to improve our services which is why we are looking for managers who will bring ideas and vision combined with strong management skills to complement our award winning department.
