Safeguarding vulnerable children is our top priority. To ensure we achieve this, we’re investing an extra £1m in increasing the number of front line social workers, reducing caseloads and improving the outcomes for our vulnerable children and families.

In this campaign we are looking for highly experienced social workers to aid us in our commitment to safeguarding children and young people. We will not be able to consider any additional newly qualified social workers at this stage and need experienced child protection practitioners. At Ealing we pride ourselves in constantly looking for new ways to improve our services which is why we are looking for social workers who will bring new ideas and vision combined with strong practice skills to complement our award winning service.
